"Lynn is such an amazing realtor! We were moving from out of state, and she went above and beyond to explain NC real estate rules and showed us any house we were interested in. She even did some virtual tours for us when we were not in town. She is very trustworthy and seems to have a ton of local connections for contractors and inspectors that helped make the entire home buying process much smoother. Lynn is very responsive and knowledgeable, so we knew we were in good hands with her. We will definitely work with Lynn again in the future!"

"Lynn is the best!She has lived in Western North Carolina all her life, and she knows the area inside-out, has watched it grow and change over the years, and stays current with that. She can tell you about social, economic, and political currents in the counties surrounding Asheville. And she KNOWS people, who to call for anything, plumbing, electrical, septic, construction, financial, any service you need, she knows somebody who does it.And countless times has met people out at the house I was buying, in my absence, as I currently live out of town. And it's a long drive out there.Here is an example of what she would do that no other real estate agent I have ever used would do...She met me out there for inspection, and hung out with me and the septic guys who were looking for septic tanks and cleaning them out. That would be beneath some of the agents I have used in the past. When the guys couldn't locate one of the septic tanks, she found somebody who could. She knows how things need to get done. And she gets them done.Oh, and Lynn is friendly, fun to work with, she certainly put up with a lot of silly stuff from me. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs."
